Overall, the review process is relatively fast. If it wasn't for one round of reviewers failing to meet the deadline, it would have been even faster. First paper, accepted!

In summary, this journal takes at least a week or more to process. It requires patience. This is also the first time I have received nearly fifty comments from reviewers.
