Light therapy for <60 min/day in the early morning is a small task to do for a mild to moderate reduction in symptoms of non-seasonal depression. Personally, I do agree that this light therapy does work. I always feel better after some time in the morning sun.
Mental health support sounds like a great idea, especially if offered in Spanish as well. It definitely is a help to those without any health insurance, which is unfortunately high among seasonal workers.
