The research paper investigates the factors influencing a customer's attitude and continued intention to shop online. The study finds that electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM) has the strongest influence on a customer's attitude, while chatbots and virtual try-on (VTO) technology also play a significant role. Interestingly, the perceived effectiveness of e-commerce institutional mechanisms (PEEIM) was not found to moderate the relationship between attitude and continued intention.
In my personal opinion, the findings of this research paper are insightful for online retailers.
