The whole process is all about speed. My feeling is that the thesis still needs to focus on logic and clearly demonstrate the innovative points. The first chapter and the final simulation experiment should be well written. As for the models and algorithms afterwards, maybe nobody has looked at them and the reviewers didn't provide any suggestions. All I can say is that if I want to graduate, I should consider it. As for whether it is good or not, it's hard to say. I haven't submitted to other journals, but I know my own paper. It's not that bad. However, this journal has lower requirements for innovation. In other words, the thesis should at least look formal and impressive.

2023.5.11 Major Revisions - The editor requested significant revisions, with a total of four reviewers providing their comments. Two reviewers had minimal comments, one had a substantial number of comments, but they were mostly positive. The fourth reviewer provided many substantial comments, although they did not involve the core model and algorithm. The revisions were manageable. Due to this, the editor provided eight days for revisions, which may be considered between major and minor revisions. We responded to each reviewer's comments, resulting in over 40 pages of revisions. The reviewers also mentioned English issues and suggested professional editing services. To save money (the editing fee was over 3000), I used chatGpt for some editing, and the results were satisfactory. Returned on 5.18.
2023.5.19 Accepted - This was incredibly fast.
2023.5.20-5.21 One day was given for final proofreading.
2023.5.19-5.24 Five days were given to make the payment. I used my school account for an international wire transfer, which was convenient. The fee was quite expensive, 17000. If it wasn't for my professor covering the cost, I definitely wouldn't have submitted this.
2023.5.22 Published - The article was published on the same evening the payment was made. Very fast.
2023.6.12 Web of Science - The article can now be searched.
