Now JEC has higher requirements for scientificity, or the prospects for battery applications are better. Your group's article has been rejected four times in the initial review. Take a look and see if it is biased towards materials and lacks scientificity. JEC accepts at least 600 articles every year. It is not possible to simply publish by hanging a big name. Many articles are not written by big names. Take a look at those articles and compare them to yours. Where is the gap? If there is no difference between your submission and most of the recent articles published by JEC, then you can contact the editorial department and argue with sufficient reasons.
