It is common for papers to be rejected, especially considering the acceptance rate is only 10%. These reviewers and editors work without compensation, so there is no need for them to maliciously give such low scores and negate others' work.

If the suggestions are reasonable, accept them; if not, don't worry about it. Even papers written by top scholars are often rejected, let alone ours.
