Submitted in early August, the review comments were given in mid-October. However, there were 10 reviewers!!!! Why are there so many? I am working on multi-agent reinforcement learning algorithms. The comments from junior colleagues were relatively mild, but senior colleagues had some areas where consensus was formed in this field that I think don't need explanation, but they expressed doubts and some were harsh. Does anyone have recommendations for other journals? I am planning to submit elsewhere after making the necessary revisions. It is really difficult to handle conflicting opinions from 10 reviewers, even though their suggestions do improve the article.

This journal is becoming more and more difficult! In May, I only had one article accepted, and the entire process had four reviewers. The first review required major revisions, the second review required minor revisions, and the third review accepted the article.

Pure CV direction, not conference to journal. First review lasted for 14 months, with two review results, one acceptance and one rejection, and the final result was direct rejection. The review comments were not helpful and directly limited the innovation. After inquiring from multiple sources, it was found that having a famous researcher as a co-author would expedite the process, while a smaller research group would be slower. It is urgent to graduate, so be cautious in submitting articles with fewer publications and in submitting to non-top conferences. The method is already outdated compared to the latest ones, which means that the article has been rendered useless.
