Hello, you're so fast. I've been studying for two months, but there are still no results.

hongqq 2023-02-25

I have been waiting for two months for a small repair, and there is still no result. I am very anxious.

fighting1111 2023-02-15

Have you been rejected for 8 months? It's tough, isn't it?

一条咸鱼 2023-02-15

2022-4 submit
2023-2 reject
Some reviewers' comments were quite detailed and reasonable, while others were very arbitrary and gave a reject without any valid reasons. Overall, the review process felt somewhat random.

good fortune 2023-02-14

2022-May submit
2022-Aug R&R (Revise and Resubmit)
2022-Jan Revise
2023-Feb Accept

chuchu6 2023-01-10

There has been no news since July.

fighting1111 2023-01-03

Envious, is it just a minor examination in the first round? I've heard of majors being rejected, so a minor should be fine.

lyx 2022-12-29

Will minor revisions be rejected?

ReggieZhang 2022-12-20

2022.11.3 Submission
2023.5.13 Under Review
The speed of the review process depends on luck. I submitted together with my junior, and his came back for major revisions after two and a half months, but I haven't received any news after six months.
2023.5.26 I submitted on the same day as my junior, and his was accepted today, while my first review is still not finished...
2023.6.26 Resubmit. It seems that TNNLS requires three months for major revisions before resubmission, unless you know someone and they accept minor revisions directly.

darren_heu 2022-12-20

What direction is the boss going in? I've been under review for 7 months already, I don't know if I should continue waiting.

fighting1111 2022-12-19

Why is the review process so fast? What is the direction?

HazeDt 2022-12-18

First review rejected, resubmit after 6 months.
Second review, minor revisions within 1 month.
Third review, accepted after 1 and a half months.

I would like to ask classmates who have submitted their papers, is it true that if the first review takes more than a year, it will be rejected? I have a paper that has been close to a year, but sending reminders doesn't seem to be effective. I asked a few friends who have submitted papers, and they have all been rejected after a long delay. It's frustrating.

darren_heu 2022-11-22

No use, urged three times, the editor said he has been reviewing outside.

fighting1111 2022-11-20

I want to ask the experienced ones who have submitted before, is it effective to follow up on submissions? I've been hesitating whether to do so for several months now.

ruiy 2022-11-13

The special issue can only be repaired once. If it's not repaired to satisfaction, it can only be rejected...

海阔天空2020 2022-11-13

The first instance takes six months or one year.

Kafka_ 2022-11-09

special issue, the entire submission process took nearly a year. The first review by three reviewers deemed the algorithm to be profound. After revisions, the second review resulted in rejection.

Upon receiving the second review, the AE did not provide specific comments from the reviewers. They only mentioned that one reviewer was satisfied with the review, another suggested improving the grammar, and the opinion of the third reviewer was not mentioned. I assume that there were no major issues, otherwise, it would have been mentioned. The main reason for rejection was that one AE believed that the modifications made during the second review did not meet their expectations. They mentioned some optimization issues with the algorithm but did not elaborate further, leaving one feeling speechless. This submission result inevitably leaves one feeling somewhat resentful.

This is another discouraging submission experience. I can understand the rejection of my previous submission on Auto, as there were some shortcomings. One reviewer thoroughly reviewed the entire article and provided many excellent suggestions, stating that these issues could be resolved. Although it was ultimately rejected, the reasons for rejection were valid and helpful for improving the manuscript. However, this time, I am at a loss as to how to make improvements.

darren_heu 2022-11-05

I'm thinking about withdrawing the manuscript.

darren_heu 2022-11-05

It has been a whole 5 months, still under review. Should I continue waiting or withdraw the submission? I am feeling so conflicted.

zhouhao 2022-11-02

Boss, can you please ask for the submission group?

darren_heu 2022-10-29

I have been struggling for 6 months, wondering whether or not to withdraw the submission. Sigh.

cjm 2022-10-28

I also work on multi-agent reinforcement learning. I feel so anxious. How can we tell if it has been submitted for review?

cjm 2022-10-28

How to check if it has been submitted for review?

Pangw 2022-10-28

I applied in May, and there is still no outcome from the first trial.

我是胖可乐 2022-10-28

No need to rush, just approach it with a mindset of over a year. Don't deliberately worry about TNNLS after submitting it.

清晨看露 2022-10-17

The speed of manuscript review is still a matter of luck. TNNLS may be fast, taking around 3 months, but it can also be slow, taking up to a year.

fighting1111 2022-10-16

This journal is really slow, and I regret submitting to it. Judging from the comments, it seems like the review process is also random.

fighting1111 2022-10-16

Why did it take two and a half months to receive ten review comments? It's been eight months and I still haven't received any results.
