Thank you all for your guidance and the reminder to always remember one's roots. I would also like to share my experience. I submitted on 31st July and received major revisions on 12th August. The two reviewers provided several suggestions, including the need to add four additional tests. One reason for this was that I forgot to include references in a discussion section. The editor mentioned a 10-day revision period, but I requested 15 days to complete the four additional tests. I submitted the revised manuscript on 27th August, it was accepted on 30th August, and I submitted the proofreading draft and paid the fee. The paper will be published on 1st September. The process was relatively fast, so it is essential for everyone to find a suitable special issue and communicate effectively with the guest editor. Peer review significantly improves the quality of the paper, and in addition, the proofreading draft was provided with free English polishing. I give praise to the journal! This is my first SCI paper in a new direction, and I am grateful to the journal, the guest editor, and all of you!

The first round of revision consisted of six "yes" recommendations to publish as is. The acceptance notice is expected in the next two days. The overall process was fast, and there are advantages to open sourcing. It is suitable for those who are in a hurry to graduate. The external reviewers were not completely aligned with the subject matter and their suggestions were difficult to modify or even unreasonable. Each expert's response was 2000 words long, and apart from the method and result, everything had to be revised and additional background information was added for other disciplines to understand (this was the consensus within our field). Fortunately, the modifications were made sincerely, and we narrowly passed. Suggestions: 1. The introduction should include a broad research background that can be understood by non-experts. 2. No need to polish before submission, just use Grammarly to check basic grammar. In any case, revisions will be suggested in the first round. Use MDPI's editing service, as it has a lower quality requirement for polishing and is compatible with the system.
