Update, the comments were given about a month and a half after submission in mid-December 2020. A few minor revisions were requested, and then after approximately another month and a half, the editor said it was accepted but needed a few changes in the reference format. It's been a long wait, indeed. The paper is purely theoretical deduction, without any experiments or simulations (although some simulations were conducted to provide additional data for validating the theory, they were only referenced from other papers and the simulation process was not described). Overall, it's not bad, industry professionals generally recognize the validity of my method. The comments from the first review were all about a good quality paper. Thank you, thank you.
