Finally, after half a year of struggle, I finally made it. Here is a summary of the submission process:

August 5th - Submitted
August 8th - With editor
August 24th - Under review (with multiple date changes during this period)
December 25th - Revision (had to urge once, otherwise would have to wait longer)
December 31st - Submitted revised manuscript
February 7th - Accepted (result of urging)

The experience of organizing this was not good, it was very tiresome. It was necessary to urge customer service and the editor. I will not consider ATE in the short term.

After 6 months, 3 major revisions, and 1 minor revision, finally got accepted. It was a nerve-wracking journey for my first SCI paper. Good revisions can still have a high chance of success, and I am grateful to the editor for giving me the opportunity.

The first review has been going on for 3 months, it's really slow.
I recently asked customer service, and they said that the opinions of two people have already come back. On October 28th, the editor invited another reviewer, it seems that the editor insists on having opinions from 3 people.
The date "Under Review" was updated on October 28th, so it can be inferred that the date was updated when inviting the reviewer, and the date for the reviewer's opinions should remain unchanged.
I hope the invited reviewer accepts the review quickly. If everything goes smoothly, the first review should be finished by the end of November, which would make it almost 4 months. After that, I won't submit to ATE anymore.
