Without being reviewed, the chances of getting a dip are basically slim. Either you write exceptionally well and don't need to be reviewed, or it will be rejected. 99% of the time, it is rejected. I suggest finding a new place.

Submitted for 7 months, initially recommended for transfer by other journals. My research is on creep mechanics in the field of fluid-solid thermal dynamics, leaning more towards mechanics. I was initially surprised when it was sent for review, but after 7 months, it was rejected. The opinions of the three reviewers only focused on the first 1/3 of the article, not mentioning anything about the core content. The issues raised in the beginning were also trivial, making it difficult to understand the rest of the article. Were they just trying to stroke their ego with these minor details? Is this what they took 7 months for? If the article wasn't suitable, why was it sent for review? After 7 months, all they could come up with were a few sentences?
