This means that the article has been put on hold. Because I didn't know who the responsible editor was, on 10.20, I tried submitting a reminder letter through the system, but did not receive a valid response. On 12.1, I wrote again, and finally, the foreign team at Elsevier helped me contact the editor-in-chief, who then contacted the responsible editor. I was overjoyed!
