It should be IEEEtrans.cls, but the system doesn't recognize it, so I used the default graphics.sty file instead. Inside, there are two sub-packages, cite and nocite, which redefine \cite. Does this mean I can only switch to Springer's latex template? I have never used it before and I am unsure.
