I don't know why some people diss POF, if you don't want to submit to POF, go submit to JFM. Anyway, based on my experience with this submission, it's great. There were four reviewers, the difficulty of the questions was moderate, and I received 50 pages of review comments in the end, which was a sufficient amount of work. Additionally, the turnaround time was fast, and the entire editing and reviewing process was efficient. Regardless, POF is at least a top 5 journal in fluid mechanics, it's outstanding!
