I have never seen a paper without the letter "d" in the paper number. The paper is considered a draft manuscript, so it should have a "d". Currently, there are three papers: one will be submitted for review in 4 days, another in 2 months, and the last one in 10 days. The paper numbers for all these papers are JOLT-D-22- followed by the respective paper numbers.

Don't ever submit to this journal just because it's in the second district, my friends. Not to mention whether this classification by the Chinese Academy of Sciences is reliable or not. This journal is truly unreliable. It took the editor almost two months, and the review process took three months. In the end, they simply said it's not suitable for publication and rejected it.
