Thank you. Zhou received the comments from the second review. One reviewer had no comments, while the other provided six suggestions. As everyone mentioned, it seems that the editor-in-chief has been overwhelmed with manuscripts recently, causing a delay in making decisions. The result will be released in a week, and we are asked to make revisions before October 1st. (The second review was completed within a week, but the editor-in-chief took an additional week to make a decision.)

Overall, the first review takes over 40 days, and the entire process takes about 3 months. The speed of review depends on how easy it is to find reviewers in that field.
