Entered external review on May 1, 2022, and had a reviewer on May 11. The review was completed within a day.
Until now, April 7, 2023, the status has not changed. Multiple reminder letters were sent within 2022, but they were ignored. Then, on New Year's Day in 2023, an apology was sent, suspecting that the expired manuscripts were cleared and mine was mistakenly cleared as well.
However, a reviewer is still missing... It has been over a year and the first review has not returned!
