The initial review took two months, and both the second review and the final review took one month each. The reviewer is very serious and responsible, pointing out language issues in both reviews.

The journal is particularly slow, so slow that it is infuriating. It has been under review since April 2020 until January 20, 2021. It has been almost a year of waiting for a quick review. I suggest not submitting to it.
