Most of the papers in this journal must have experiments. The quality of the journal is good and even more formal than some IEEE journals I have submitted to. Evaluating a journal cannot only be based on its impact factor and ranking, but also on its reputation and the authors who publish their papers in it. The ETH experts, as well as the co-founders of the KIVA system, R D Andrea's team, often publish their research achievements in this journal. I hope this journal can continue to maintain high quality.
