It is precisely because the review process is fast that I submitted three articles and all three were accepted. Novelty in theory is easier to be accepted. I received feedback from two reviewers during the first review, and then received feedback from a third reviewer during the revision process. I estimate that the third reviewer went over the deadline. Overall, I think it's not bad, but unfortunately the impact factor is starting to decline and the Chinese Academy of Sciences' ranking is also showing a downward trend.
