Mechanical field's authoritative journal, overall it is decent. The speed is not very fast, but also not slow. From submission to acceptance, it took exactly 4 months, which is considered relatively fast for a mechanical journal. I'm not sure about the publication speed though.

In total, we should have invited 5 reviewers, and 4 agreed to review. The majority of them were quite friendly. Through the reviewers' comments, I also discovered some issues in the previous paper writing. The first review required major revisions, and it took a relatively long time to complete the required reviews after responding, around one month. Eventually, two reviewers replied with their comments on the first round of revisions, and the paper was directly accepted.
