The quality control of this journal has become stricter. In the preliminary review phase, AE has the right to directly reject the submission without shortage (results are given in about two to three weeks). If the paper is rejected during the formal review stage, including its revised version, it will not be allowed to be submitted to KBS within six months. It feels like being stimulated by falling into Zone 2. We need to strictly control the quality in the future!
