Finally, in June 2022, there were finally some comments and conditions for acceptance. They required the use of their language editing services, and the teacher paid over two thousand for editing. The acceptance came back in less than a day, perhaps because I provided proof of language editing by paying them. Overall, the journal is good, an upgraded version in the top tier, but the speed is too slow. It took me about two years in total, and they usually don't reply to emails if you're not the corresponding author. Even if the corresponding author urges them, it doesn't make much difference. It is exhausting. If you're in a hurry, be cautious when submitting, but if you have time, you can give it a try!
