Received reviewer comments in mid-March 2020, with minor revisions suggested. There were two reviewers, and their comments were good overall. The first reviewer raised some questions about implementation details and pointed out some minor errors in the formula expression, then requested the addition of a comparative experiment. The second reviewer also asked some minor questions.
I wrote a detailed response that spanned six pages, so the process went smoothly afterwards.
The paper was directly accepted in early April 2020.
