Has anyone recently submitted to this journal? Mine went from being assigned an editor early in the morning to receiving the reviewer's comments report the next morning. Two days later, it turned into the editor making a decision. Does it mean that only one reviewer's opinion determines the decision??? Any experienced individuals with a similar process?

The editor has informed that "The journal has moved to a new software management system (SNAPP) - all authors who submitted their papers via SNAPP should know that it will take about 6 months to finish the evaluation of their papers.

The new submission system is SNAPP. I was redirected to this submission system when I submitted my paper on the journal's official website.
