Hello, I don't know if what you mean by "二审" refers to the revised version. If after the revision, it changes from being under review to inviting reviewers, it may mean that there are differing opinions among the reviewers regarding the revised manuscript. For example, reviewer1 may think it can be accepted, while reviewer2 may think the changes are not sufficient and may even want to reject it. In such cases, new reviewers may need to be added, which could be the situation you are facing. This is just my personal opinion and is for reference only!

The response given by the editor-in-chief is "it has been favourably received and publication with minor revision is recommended." It was returned on July 24th and is currently still in the hands of the editor, waiting for the final result.

Overall, the reviewing speed is relatively fast. The external review took one month, perhaps because the reviewers had good opinions. Then, it stayed with the editor for another month. Finally, the paper received minor revisions from the CC. Waiting paid off, and I hope the article will be accepted soon after the modifications!
