One reviewer made minor revisions and accepted the paper, requiring additional characterization of nuclear magnetic resonance. Another reviewer, who is not from the same field, did not understand the logic of the paper and rejected it.
Carefully and seriously responded to each reviewer comment, submitted revised manuscript on November 22, and the editor-in-chief accepted it directly on November 23. The following were various forms and formatting revisions.
