But if it's one good and one bad, then a third reviewer is needed, which means waiting for a few months to see the mood of that reviewer. Nowadays, usually only one reviewer is assigned for the second review, so the editor has to keep waiting for the other reviewer, which takes about three months. Therefore, the biggest problem with this journal is waiting for reviewers. At least three months of waiting is required.
