Speaking of serious matters: I would like to express my gratitude to editor Yue Zhang, the three reviewers, and the IJBIOMAC journal for providing me with this opportunity. All three reviewers have shown great expertise, with two of them suggesting additional experiments that have greatly improved the quality of the article. The other reviewer meticulously pointed out almost all the grammar and vocabulary errors in the manuscript. The full text is over 10,000 characters, and it takes me at least half an hour to read through it. This demonstrates the professionalism and responsibility of the reviewer, and I am truly grateful for their efforts. The editorial team has been highly efficient in handling the manuscript, with updates on the status provided every two to three days, except during the "under review" stage.

I wish the journal continued success and hope that its impact factor for 2021 has just been released, breaking through 8 and striving to reach 10 as soon as possible.

Seeing that graduation was approaching, I decided to take one more chance and submitted to IJBIOMAC. Three days after submission, it was with the editor. Three days later, it was under review. Two weeks later, I received the reviewer's comments, which required major revisions. I managed to complete the revisions and upload the revised manuscript and related attachments just before the deadline. The next day, it was sent for review, and I quickly received an acceptance. This is my first SCI publication during my graduate studies, and if I work diligently during the revision period, I can have it published online before I graduate.
