I also added the authors by revising. The corresponding author sent an email to all other authors, including the new authors, explaining in detail the reasons for the changes and the updated author rankings, affiliations, etc. After receiving the email, all authors replied with "approved" followed by their names. Then, each reply email was saved as a PDF file with the respective author's name and compressed as an attachment. Finally, in the cover letter, the reasons for the author changes and the updated author information were clearly stated. This was how I handled the situation, and the editor did not say anything, so I assume it was accepted.

The reviewer did not mention any questions regarding the interpretation of the spectrum, only the editor asked me to supplement the TOCSY and did not question whether my interpretation was correct or not. I feel that my analysis is also quite accurate, as the chemical shifts of carbon and hydrogen can all be matched. I spent four months interpreting the spectrum, four agonizing months because it was difficult to match everything. I hope the article goes smoothly.
