The review process for the journal takes about 3 months. The outcome was 3 major revisions and 1 rejection, based on the editor's comprehensive opinion. One of the reviewers had a firm attitude and sharp comments, emphasizing the lack of innovation. It was disheartening that the questioning of innovation was based solely on intuition!

It is difficult to explain and will take a long time. There is a risk involved, so it is advisable to submit to another journal!

I have recently received an invitation for manuscript review. It seems that the editor-in-chief has restricted the number of pages for submission and the review time. It is said that they receive nearly 300 submissions per month, with an acceptance rate of less than 12% per year, around 350 accepted papers. It's quite difficult, and if a paper is not accepted at top conferences, it usually ends up here. Tsinghua University has already classified TMM as class A, and with this trend, maybe the next CCF conference will also become class A, as well as the journal PR... everything is changing.

1. First review: 11.10-12.18. Major revisions were given six weeks of time with three reviewers. Two major revisions and one minor revision were made, resulting in nine review comments.
2. Second review: 1.28-2.23. Minor revisions were given three weeks of time with two reviewers. Two minor revisions were made, resulting in four questions.
3. On 3.14-3.28, acceptance was received. The proofreading was completed within two weeks and uploaded.

The speed of journal review varies. Our group has submitted a total of three articles. One article was accepted with minor revisions after six months of initial review. Another article required major revisions after five months of initial review, which depended on the speed of the Associate Editor in finding reviewers. The reviewers were all very professional and provided valuable experimental suggestions. The six-week deadline for major revisions was quite tight, and we barely made the submission before the deadline. We hope the journal continues to improve!

There seems to be a problem with what was written above. The speed of one round of reviewing is about 3 and a half months, so the total submission cycle should be around 8 and a half months. Additionally, after one round of reviewing, the system requires the second round to only accept or reject, which indirectly shortens the reviewing cycle.
