It wasted two years of my time. In the end, my reviewer made numerous mistakes and the editor surprisingly rejected it. After being rejected for two months, I filed an appeal. When it comes to the score of the second review, there is some time, but because I don't keep an eye on it every day, it will probably take a little over a month. This actually varies from person to person. If the time is too long, it is possible to invite new reviewers for arbitration (but if there is no indication of "additional," it should mean that the previous reviewers have not confirmed?). I'm not too sure about this.

The initial draft should not exceed the limit. I remember the submission system has clear requirements for that. And there will definitely be additions during major revisions. My initial draft was about 8 pages, and after revisions, it exceeded 9 pages. When it was confirmed, I added the author's information, photos, affiliation, and funding, making it a full 10 pages. The final edited version ended up being 11 pages. The email mentioned a maximum of 12 pages for non-outstanding articles. If it exceeds 12 pages, it should be explained, it seems.

After you submitted your manuscript again, it quickly changed to "invite reviewers" on January 11, 2023. On February 13, 2023, it was awaiting AE (Associate Editor) recommendation. On February 20, 2023, it was accepted.
