The algorithm is for image processing.
There were a total of three reviewers, one AQ, one RQ, and one reject.
Even the reject reviewer didn't have particularly negative comments, but it felt like they didn't read the paper carefully and their suggested revisions were a bit strange.
The suggestions from the RQ reviewer were really good and helpful in improving the quality of the paper.
What I want to say is, if you're in a hurry, don't try it, it's quite frustrating, waiting for six or seven months.
If you want to submit this for graduation, it's not worth it.

Explain that your paper has not met the minimum requirements from the perspective of qualification review. In addition, apart from the dedicated editors of journals, all other academic editors involved are unpaid. Furthermore, the better the journal's Associate Editor (AE), the more prominent they are, and everyone is very busy, making it unrealistic to expect quick feedback from others. If you wish to receive some review comments, it is suggested to directly submit to a top conference.

I submitted it in November last year and waited for four or five months. Today, the editor rejected it directly due to formatting issues such as exceeding the page limit, small image size, and excessive references.
