Help: Is this sentence charging for the first 12 pages or for each page after exceeding 12 pages? Can any experienced person who has submitted before give me some guidance?

My understanding is that it charges $175 per page for each page after exceeding 12 pages. Today, I checked a translation software and it showed: "If accepted, do you agree to pay $175 per page for Regular papers within the first 12 pages?" I'm really confused, as it seems like this is still a mandatory option.

If this journal also charges for the first 12 pages, it would be too expensive. I will consider other journals.
