1. When resubmitting after revisions, according to the website's instructions, there should be no highlighting or markings in the manuscript. Therefore, I did not include any markings of the modifications in the resubmitted manuscript but instead marked them in the response letter.
2. When resubmitting, the email suggests updating the references and including recent journal citations in the relevant field. This can be directly edited in the manuscript, and then it should be explained in the response letter which references have been added.
3. Regarding whether there will be a change in reviewers after resubmission, in my case, there was no change in reviewers. I have heard that this may depend on the reviewer's attitude towards the response. If they are not satisfied with the response, they may request a different reviewer for reevaluation. However, if they are satisfied, a change in reviewers is typically not necessary.

The submission process has been quite rough, with two major revisions and one minor revision. Each round took about three months, except for the minor revision which was accepted right away. Fortunately, this year the journal's ranking has been upgraded to Tier 1 and it has become a Top journal, so it was worth it!

Here is my timeline. Since I couldn't find the submission history on the TASE Manuscript website, I can only provide the start and end dates for each round, for reference.

Overall, it was quite fast. They gave me six months for revisions, but I delayed it for a while due to personal reasons. The feedback was mostly received within a month. There were three reviewers, one focusing on controls and two doctors. Their comments mainly revolved around the application of the research. The colleague in controls provided some constructive suggestions on theoretical aspects, and I believe they are an expert in the field. It seems that pure theory is not highly accepted, but my engineering colleagues appreciate it. For pure theory, it's better to publish in TAC. This year, the Chinese Academy of Sciences finally opened its eyes and placed me in a deserving position. Additionally, there is a fee for exceeding 12 pages, but luckily my institution reimburses it. I wish the journal continued to thrive and showcased more practical achievements.
