The resubmission was made on April 7th.

This journal's rejection and resubmission process is a major revision. My first review was a major revision given by the editor, asking for adjustment of the paper's structure and a reiteration of the problems, suggestions, and key points of innovation. The second review involved two reviewers, both requesting a major revision. One reviewer felt that there was insufficient innovation, while the other thought the innovation was good. The former provided only a few comments, mainly addressing formatting issues, while the latter raised over 10 issues, including many details down to capitalization and punctuation. Now I can only make the necessary revisions based on the suggestions.

The comments from the second reviewer were manageable, requiring some major and minor revisions. But for the third review, they assigned a new reviewer who mentioned in their comments that they can tell that this "revised manuscript" has already undergone extensive modifications before. What's going on? I've already had six reviewers for this paper.
