I submitted an article on processing electrocardiogram signals at the end of May 2021. I developed a new denoising algorithm and proposed a new neural network model. I also created a signal processor. After 3 days of submission, it was rejected for not being in line with the direction they were looking for. The rejection was quite fast. I am currently waiting for recommendations for another journal to submit. I noticed that the journal had accepted many similar articles in 2020, so I'm not sure why they didn't consider my submission for review.
