Replying to everyone, the second review of the DIP took more than 100 days. It should still be the same reviewer as before. The previous revisions were completed quickly, in about a week. The reason for rejection is probably due to insufficient modifications and certain aspects of the experiment not meeting their expectations.

During the waiting process, a extremely strange phenomenon was discovered. The submission was sent on the 28th of last month, and the system's status date was updated to June 28th. On July 7th, a reviewer completed the review, and the status date in the system was subsequently updated to July 7th. I was quite happy and took a screenshot. However, when I checked it today, I found that the status has always been "Under Review," but the status date has reverted back to June 28th. Has time reversed? Can experienced individuals please help explain why this happened?
