I submitted one hour before the deadline, and encountered issues with LaTeX. Fortunately, the editor was very kind, returned the submission, and provided an additional 2 weeks for revisions. I made the revisions as soon as possible, within four days.

The first review took about 5 months; a major revision was given during the first review;
The second review took about 2 months; a minor revision was given during the second review;
I thought I would be hired after the minor revision!! But it ended up being sent for another review.
The third review took about 1 month, and finally got hired.
