RSER, AE, and ECM were candidates. RSER had already submitted an article, but the review process was too slow. Due to the need to find a teaching position, ECM was ultimately chosen. It took 71 days from submission to acceptance. There were four reviewers, three minor revisions, and a suggestion to submit to another journal. The editor requested major revisions, which took a month. Upon receiving the reviewer comments, and being busy with job searching, the comments were briefly reviewed and set aside. Three days before the deadline, the revisions were completed. I would like to thank Dr. Keat Teong Lee for his editing. The timeline is as follows:
