The journal is fine, but the review process is too slow. The first review took about 9 months, and after the revisions, a second review was given. After responding to the comments, it was accepted directly. The review comments were quite professional, and the experts were very careful.

During the first round of review, there was one invited reviewer who did not provide any feedback for a whole six months. In the second round, one expert declined to review and another expert delayed providing feedback for two months. In the end, only one expert's feedback was given (which had no comments), and the editorial department raised two questions. It has been a week since I made the revisions, but there has been no response. My review process has been ongoing from October 2022 to June of this year, without conclusion.

This journal has poor control over reviewers' obligations. The reviewer who declined in the second round had the most comments. In my response, I wrote over twenty pages, but the review was rejected without any reasons given. I feel that this lack of respect for the author is unacceptable.

Regardless of the outcome, I will not submit any future manuscripts to this journal.

It seems that a little bit over is also acceptable, as there was no return when it exceeded 600 characters for the 2nd time. Whether to accept or reject the submission has nothing to do with the number of characters. Exceeding the limit will only require you to make revisions, which may delay the process for a few days.
