Although it became an open access (OA) journal after September 30, 2020, it has not affected the quality of the journal and the progress of the review process so far. If everything goes smoothly, it takes about four months from submission to acceptance. Hope the journal will continue to improve! The only downside is that the publication fee of $2500 is a bit expensive, and the boss feels a little sorry for it.
