During this period, I contacted the editor multiple times, hoping for a faster response, but it took a whole year to receive a reply. The editor mentioned having too many submissions and not enough time to handle them. It was a terrifying experience of submitting an article. Overall, the journal seemed to lack focus and attention to detail.
