The second round of review was submitted on June 16, but we couldn't find a reviewer. I couldn't bear it anymore and sent a reminder on September 6, and the reviewer started reviewing on the 8th. All the review comments were collected, but the editor didn't process them. I couldn't bear it anymore and reminded them again on the 20th, and the minor revision was done on the 21st. Wow, the second round of review took over 3 months. They won't move unless I remind them.
