A very disappointing journal, feels very exclusive. I apologize for the title of a leading journal. I submitted twice, both times there was only one reviewer's opinion, and they directly rejected the paper. Moreover, the opinions given were very unprofessional, the comments were very vague, and there was no help at all. I highly doubt whether the reviewer carefully reviewed the paper. I am very disappointed. It took four months from submission to receiving the notification, not as fast as imagined. I will never submit to this journal again in the future.

This journal is extremely unprofessional and requires tedious procedures. They ask for various materials during submission, which can easily be provided upon acceptance, thereby increasing the burden on the authors.
Most importantly, after going through the hassle of signing and stamping, the editor rejected the paper solely due to language issues, without providing any valuable feedback on the content of the paper.
I have never encountered a journal like this in all the SCI submissions I have made. Even native English speakers would not be rejected directly for such reasons. This shows how unprofessional this journal is, and personally, I feel it does not live up to the reputation of a leading journal.
