Submitted on March 29th, minor revision in early August, accepted on August 26th. The initial review process took about 4 months, and after making revisions, it took 20 days for acceptance. The speed is average. I didn't know much about this journal before, but recently I found out that CES is one of the top three journals in the field of chemical engineering and has a good reputation. Although it is a second-tier journal, it is classified as an A-level journal in our university's paper evaluation system. I will continue to consider this journal for future suitable papers.

Note: This journal has only two reviewers for the review process, and the number of article submissions is not very high, so it is recommended to give it a try. However, the only downside is that it may take a bit longer, so if you are in a hurry to graduate, it is not recommended to submit to this journal.
