It seems like we have to go through the process again.
By the way, the previous responsible editor was Mattia Frasca, and the editor invited took a little over a day, entering under review in about two days.
This time it is Anna Zakharova, and the editor invited has been waiting for nearly 20 days. In the meantime, staff from Elsevier also sent emails trying to reach her, but there has been no response. If we go through the same process of resubmission, it is possible that it will be assigned to her. We don't know how long we will have to wait.

The direction I am researching is done during my graduate studies, which involves the intersection of nonlinear techniques and biomedical engineering. Based on my experience, although it may be related to the reviewers, even if your idea has never been done before and is a new interdisciplinary application, if the work is insufficient and the writing is not proper, it is possible to be rejected due to lack of innovation. Therefore, I feel that this journal now has a higher requirement for innovation, not only does the idea itself need to be innovative, but it also needs to demonstrate innovation fully to the reviewers through experiments and writing.
