The text is a research paper with a lot of experiments and new models. It took nine months for the first review, and just received the results with major revisions. The results are okay, but the comments from the reviewers are frustrating. There were two reviewers in total.

Reviewer 1 claimed that our paper is a review paper and does not meet the requirements. I couldn't believe it because the article is full of experiments, analysis, and new models. How could it be considered a review paper?

Reviewer 2's comments were mostly written in Czech, which I couldn't understand. The only English comment requested us to cite his three conference papers. The problem is that those conference papers cannot be found on Google, so how can we cite them?

In conclusion, the reviewers are irresponsible, and the editor probably didn't even look at the reviewer comments. This journal is bound to decline, and this is the first and last paper I will submit to them.

The second best journal in the field of concrete materials, better than CBM but not as good as CCR, mainly focuses on hydrology with a lot of connections. Structural articles cannot be published in CCR, so being able to publish here is already considered very good, similar to JSE.
