Let me explain my situation. After major revisions, we carefully modified the article and provided very detailed responses. Upon reevaluation, two reviewers recommended acceptance, while another reviewer raised several new issues regarding wording and unrelated matters. We believe this reviewer is biased, so we requested reconsideration. Additionally, our editor is also anonymous, which I find strange as I have never encountered this before. There may be potential conflicts of interest, hence the editor's choice to remain anonymous, or perhaps they are the reviewer who is never satisfied.
